David Moradi

David Moradi is an entrepreneur, investor, and operator with a rare track record spanning institutional asset management, venture capital, and public company leadership. He directs Sero Capital’s overall investment strategy and governance, deploying capital across venture and public markets.

Prior to founding Sero Capital, David was Founder and CEO of Anthion Management, a technology-focused hedge fund he built from $100M to over $1B in assets under management between 2008 and 2011. In 2013, Anthion was converted into a family office investing in early-stage technology, public equities, and real estate.

Before Anthion, David served as a Portfolio Manager at Pequot Capital Management and as an analyst and Portfolio Manager at Soros Fund Management.

David joined the board of AudioEye (Nasdaq: AEYE), a leader in digital accessibility, where he chaired the Strategic Committee before becoming interim and then permanent CEO. Under his leadership, AudioEye achieved 41 consecutive quarters of revenue growth, expanded gross margins from 50% to 80%, and improved operating margins from negative 70% to nearly 30% — driven by disciplined product development and a shift to a product-led growth model. He remains the company’s largest shareholder.

David holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
